While we work with trusted suppliers to deliver quality products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return policy below for a smooth experience.

We recognize that, on occasion, a purchase may not meet your expectations.

If your item(s) are in their original condition, you are eligible to return or exchange them within (7) days of receipt and delivery.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

➡️ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

  • Clear photo or video of the item and packaging.

Refund Policy 

🔄 Non-Returnable Items / All Sales Are Final

Items that are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to check all product details and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items (e.g. undergarments), or hazardous materials

  • Items marked as Final Sale

 

 

✅ Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Include a brief description of the issue.

  • Include your order number.

We will happily replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer you:

  • A free replacement sent as quickly as possible.

  • Or a full refund to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

We do not offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The damage was caused by mishandling after delivery.

  • The issue is reported after 7 days of delivery.

  • You provided an incorrect address or sizing at checkout.

 

 

📏 Sizing Issues

We provide detailed size guides on every product page. Since items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors. Please check measurements carefully before ordering personalize products.

 

 

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve entered production. If you need to update your order shortly after placing it, email us immediately at support@morningcuppahappiness.com and we’ll do our best to help before fulfillment begins.

 

 

🌍 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be delayed:

  • First, check with your neighbors or local post office

  • If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate it

We may offer a replacement depending on the situation, but we are not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
